The pictures keep her focused and now she's starting to point at the pictures. These flash cards are great for the price. They are flimsy and easily bent, so you have to control them but they are still helping my 18-month old daughter.
Played games with rewards based on answers supplied.Found these items to be very helpful as a good learning tool. Bought this product for my two grandchildren ages 30 months and 4 and 1/2 years old respectively.
I love how bright & colorful the pictures are. The pictures help him remember what the word is. I ordered these flash cards to teach my preschooler how to read and he has so much fun with it. He recognizes all the pictures and so far has learned to read some of the words.
She's too young for actual reading, but they work just fine for learning the names of things. She loves going through them several times a day and already has learned a few words from them. I bought these for my 18 month old daughter who was showing an interest in learning the names of pictures in her books. These have been great.
They can be easily bent, ripped and just all around destroyed. So, I bought these cards for my 18 month old who has a similar set she really enjoys. They may be appropriate for an older child, but definitely not my 18 month old. On the other hand, the pictures are cute and the words are clearly written. I am pretty disappointed with these. The cards are similar in weight and texture to regular playing cards.
